Our mobile coffee catering service is designed to bring delicious, handcrafted drinks to your guests, making every occasion a little more special. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or a casual gathering, we’ve got you covered. Below, you'll find answers to frequently asked questions to help you better understand our services and ensure your event is a hit!

WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?

We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, markets, and any other gatherings where coffee is a highlight. Our mobile coffee catering service is perfect for both intimate celebrations and large-scale events.

WHY IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your booking is secured with a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. However, if you provide notice at least 4 weeks before the event, your deposit can be applied to a future date, based on availability. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth booking process!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN WE RESERVE?

You can reserve your date up to one year in advance with a deposit. While we prefer a minimum of two weeks’ notice, please don’t hesitate to contact us if your event is sooner—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

WHEN IS THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE?

The full payment is required two weeks before the event to ensure everything is set and ready for your special day.

CAN YOU STAY EXTRA HOURS IF NEEDED?

Yes! We’re happy to extend our service if requested. Additional fees for extra hours will apply and will be added to your final invoice.

WHAT DOES UNLIMITED DRINKS MEAN?

Unlimited drinks mean your guests can enjoy as many beverages as they’d like during the agreed-upon service hours and for the number of guests specified in the contract. Whether they want to try different drinks or refill their favorite one, your guests can come back for more throughout the event!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in Mission, TX, and proudly serve the Rio Grande Valley area. For events outside our immediate area, a travel fee may apply.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Our pricing depends on the number of guests, event location, and the duration of service. For events beyond a 10-mile radius, a travel fee will be included. Visit our "Book Us" page for a personalized quote tailored to your event needs!

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Yes, we are fully equipped to cater both indoor and outdoor events. Whether your event is at a park, backyard, or festival, we ensure everything runs smoothly with our portable coffee setup.
